VERTIGO comes from a selection of young hillside parcels marked by the distinctive presence of deep calcareous schist, a hallmark of MAS AMIEL.
The wine is settled overnight at 10°C, without any oenological additives, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 20 hl stainless steel tanks. Fermentation takes place at 16-18°C.

Biodynamics and the Freshness of Schist
Winemaking and Bottling
Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand from mid-August. The bunches are sorted on a selection table, followed by a gentle direct pressing.
VERTIGO White comes from a selection of young parcels on schist slopes of the Mas de Las Fredes and La Devèze lieux-dits. Very close to the calcareous-schist bedrock, the light soils are both well-drained and cool — a key factor in avoiding excessive summer stress.
Farmed 100% biodynamically, these soils are maintained through light mechanical weeding.
