2. Subject
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the terms and conditions of reservation, participation and payment for tourist services offered by LVOD - Les Vignes Olivier Decelle at Domaine Mas Amiel.


3. Services offered
Mas Amiel offers several types of activities:
- Guided tours of the estate, vineyards and technical facilities
- Wine-tasting workshops
- Personalized experiences (on request)


4. How to book
All reservations must be made in advance by telephone, email or via our website (Regiondo partner). Reservations are considered definitive on receipt of full payment or a deposit, as appropriate. Any special requests (intolerances, PRM access, privatization) must be notified at the time of booking.


5. Cancellation policy
Visitors may cancel their participation in an activity up to 48 hours before the start of the activity. In order for the cancellation to be taken into account and give rise to a partial refund (a deduction of 4% of the total amount plus €0.25 fixed charges will be applied), a written request must be sent by email to the following address: caveau@masamiel.com.

The message must contain the following information:
Last name and first name of participant(s)
Email address used when booking
Number of tickets to be cancelled

Cancellation requests cannot be processed by telephone or on site.

After 48 hours, no refunds will be given, except in the case of duly justified force majeure.

Domaine Mas Amiel reserves the right to cancel an activity in the event of unfavorable weather conditions or an exceptional event. In this case, participants will be informed as soon as possible and their reservation will be reimbursed in full.


6. Prices and payment

7. Conditions of participation
- Tastings are reserved for people aged 18 and over.
- Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities is recommended.
- Pets are not allowed, except for guide or assistance dogs.


8. Liability
LVOD cannot be held responsible for incidents arising from non-compliance with instructions or inappropriate behavior during activities.


9. Personal information
The information collected is used within the framework of reservation management and, with the consent of users, for sending communications related to news from the estate. In accordance with the RGPD, any person may exercise their right of access, rectification or deletion by sending an email to: caveau@masamiel.com.

10. Applicable law - Disputes

These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of litigation, an amicable resolution will be privileged. Failing this, the competent courts of the registered office of the LVOD company will be seized.

Validity of gift vouchers

Gift vouchers issued by Domaine Mas Amiel are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will be considered expired and can no longer be used.
